The Courses
AIDA 1 Certification
Up to 10 meters
Maximum Class Size: 4 Students
Course Length- 1 Day
Theory (3 hrs) – Fundamental freediving theory and concepts are explained and discussed in a comfortable and fun environment.
Water Sessions (3 hrs) – Physical freediving skills are actively demonstrated and practiced in open-water sessions
2 hr Debrief

AIDA2
Up to 20 meters
Maximum Class Size: 4 Students
(who passed AIDA1)
Course Length- 1.5 Day s
Theory (3 hrs) – In AIDA 2 course we will continue to deepen the knowledge and understanding how our body and respiratory system function while diving. In this course advanced freediving theory and concepts are explained and discussed in a comfortable and fun environment.
Water Sessions (at least 3) – Advanced physical freediving skills are actively demonstrated and practiced in open water.
We will also further practice rescue and recovering from the deep as the deeper we dive the greater the risks.
Price: $180 per person
