Discover the legendary San Blas Islands with a bespoke itinerary designed around your preferences: A secluded desert island one day, a lively village dance the next. Swim, snorkel, spear fish, paddle board, or just relax to the sound of the ocean. Fully catered with home cooked meals from locally sourced ingredients, fresh bread, and sustainable solar power, allows you to experience this natural paradise, with a minimal impact from the comfort of our large safe sailing catamaran.
The space
The San Blas Islands are unique in the world, for beauty, unspoiled nature, and for the friendly Kuna people who live here. Cushla is a spacious, stable sailing catamaran, which has been our home for two years as we’ve sailed from Europe, across the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea to the San Blas Islands.
You’ll have a double cabin, with wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom and shower. It’s the ideal way to experience this unique picture perfect paradise.
We have Starlink high speed satellite internet on board so you can keep in touch with home no matter where we go.
Guest access
You’ll have privacy in your dedicated hull with the guest cabins. You have free reign to relax in the shaded cockpit, or lounge on the trampoline at the front. Meals are served at the large cockpit table or the indoor saloon, as you prefer.
Other things to note
We create a bespoke itinerary with each client, visiting 2-3 islands in a typical 3 night stay. We sail for 30mins-2hours at a time depending on your preferences, and the weather. We can advise and recommend places based on your preferences, and organise activities for families, or romantic couples.
All meals and drinks are included, including moderate consumption of beer, wine and rum.
Please let us know any dietary requirements.
We source ingredients locally, and due to the remote location this means fresh caught fish, lobster and crab. Sometimes we catch our own. Meat can be obtained if requested in advance but it is frozen and generally of lower quality.
Please note, the price for 2 people is based on sharing a double bed cabin. For 2 people in separate cabins, please make a booking for 3 people.
